Next Vape Shipping and Delivery Information

Delivery charges are calculated using factors such as:

• Delivery destination
• Parcel size and weight
• Selected shipping service
• Product type
• Order value
• Courier availability

The full shipping charge will be displayed during checkout before payment. Next Vape will not add an undisclosed delivery charge after your order has been completed.

Tracking details will be sent by email when a tracked delivery service is available.

It may take several hours after dispatch for the courier tracking page to display the first update. This does not necessarily mean that the parcel has not been collected.

Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking updates and responding to delivery instructions provided by the courier.

Please check your delivery information before submitting an order.

Incorrect or incomplete details can cause delays, failed deliveries or parcels being returned to Next Vape. Contact our support team as soon as possible if you notice a mistake.

We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered the dispatch process.

The courier may leave delivery instructions, arrange another attempt or send the parcel to a collection location if no one is available.

It is the customer’s responsibility to follow the courier’s instructions within the stated time.

If a parcel is returned because of an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt or failure to collect it, additional shipping charges may apply before it can be sent again.

Orders delivered outside Ireland may be subject to customs checks, import taxes, duties or courier handling charges.

These costs are controlled by the destination country and are normally the customer’s responsibility unless Next Vape clearly states otherwise during checkout.

Customs authorities may request additional information from the recipient before releasing a parcel. Customers should check the current import and product rules in their country before ordering.

Vaping and nicotine-product rules differ between countries. Products may be restricted because of nicotine strength, liquid volume, device type, flavour, packaging or other local requirements.

Next Vape may cancel or adjust an order when:

• A product cannot legally be delivered to the destination.
• The selected courier will not accept the item.
• The delivery address is incomplete or unsupported.
• Local restrictions prevent delivery.
• Required age or identity checks cannot be completed.

Where possible, our team will contact the customer if an order cannot be fulfilled as submitted.

By placing an order, customers confirm that they meet the legal purchasing age in their country. Age verification or identification may be required during checkout or delivery.

Orders must not be placed on behalf of anyone who is under the legal purchasing age.

Check your parcel when it arrives. If the outer packaging or products appear damaged, contact Next Vape as soon as possible and provide:

• Your order number.
• Clear photographs of the outer parcel.
• A photograph of the delivery label.
• Photographs of the damaged products.
• A clear description of the issue.

Keep all packaging until our support team has reviewed your case.

If an item is missing, check the complete parcel and all protective packaging first.

Some orders may be sent in more than one package. Review your dispatch emails to confirm whether a second parcel is on its way.

Contact Next Vape with your order number and details of the missing item if the full order has not arrived.

Tracking updates can take time to appear, particularly during weekends, public holidays or busy delivery periods.

If the estimated delivery period has passed:

1. Review the courier tracking page.
2. Check for missed-delivery notifications.
3. Confirm that your delivery address was correct.
4. Contact the courier if instructed.
5. Contact Next Vape with your order number if help is required.

We will review the available tracking information and assist with the next appropriate step.

Contact Next Vape immediately if you need to change or cancel an order.

We may be able to help before the parcel enters processing. Once the order has been prepared or dispatched, changes and cancellations may no longer be possible.

Refusing delivery does not automatically cancel an order or guarantee a complete refund. Returned parcels will be handled according to our returns and refund policy.
